  • Book an appointment — name and email collected by our scheduling provider, CommonStack.

We do not collect sensitive financial data, Social Security numbers, or payment information through this website.

Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry within one business day.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments if requested.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

Contact form submissions are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase (supabase.com). Email notifications are delivered via Resend (resend.com). Both services are GDPR-compliant and use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

Access to stored contact submissions is restricted to Mining Your Taxes staff using a service-role key. Public access is denied by database policy.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months to support follow-up and appointment management. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@miningyourtaxes.com.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw any consent you have given us at any time.
